What is the difference with the X300?
The same 100 m² coverage and the same 10,000 mAh battery. The X300S adds the touch interface: intensity and timer are set at a touch, alongside Bluetooth.
How long does a 100 ml refill last?
Two to three months at eight hours a day on the gentle and moderate settings, around one month on the strongest setting.
How is it controlled?
Three ways: the touch ring on the device, the app over Bluetooth, or the scheduled timer.
Does it run on battery?
Yes, that is its speciality: 10,000 mAh. Place it wherever you like, it holds for weeks between two charges.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days after receipt to return the product, no explanation needed. In-stock items ship within 24 to 48 h; a pre-order ships on the shipping date shown on the item.
Can I use it around pets or children?
Diffusion is cold, with no flame and no heat, and the intensity is adjustable. As a precaution: diffuse in a ventilated room, avoid continuous diffusion around pets (cats are particularly sensitive) and keep the device out of reach of children. If in any doubt, ask your vet or your doctor.
The mist is very discreet, is that normal?
Yes, and it is the sign that everything is working. PureFlow™ technology diffuses the fragrance in dry microparticles, without water vapour: the mist is sometimes barely visible, but the fragrance is there. Nothing like the dense vapour of a water diffuser.
