Getting started

1. Remove the cap and screw in the PURRA refill, without forcing it.
2. Switch the diffuser on and choose one of the three diffusion intensities.
3. Let PureFlow™ technology do the rest: the fragrance is diffused without water and without heat.

The mist is very discreet — that's normal

PureFlow™ nebulization breaks the fragrance into dry microparticles, with no water vapour. The mist is therefore sometimes barely visible: that is the sign the fragrance is being diffused pure, neither diluted nor heated. Nothing like the dense cloud of a water diffuser, which is mostly humidity.

Refills

The C30 runs on 10 ml refills (around 2 months of diffusion). The X300, X300S and G300 use the 100 ml Signature Refill (2 to 3 months depending on the intensity). To change refill: switch the device off, unscrew the old one, screw in the new one. No complex cleaning is needed between two scents; a few minutes are enough for the new signature to take over.

App and Bluetooth

The X300, X300S and G300 can also be controlled from the dedicated app (iOS and Android): intensity, timer, days and time slots for diffusion.

Connecting: turn on Bluetooth on your phone, switch the diffuser on nearby, open the app and let it detect the device. Connection takes about two minutes.

The device doesn't appear? Check that the diffuser is on and less than two metres away, close and reopen the app, then restart your phone's Bluetooth. The C30, designed for the car and small spaces, is set directly on the device, with no app.

The C30 Car mode

Place the C30 in your car and forget about it: it senses the vehicle's vibrations, starts diffusing when you drive and stops on its own when you park. No button to press day to day.

Care

A soft, dry cloth on the body of the device is enough. Do not use water or solvents. If the nozzle clogs after several months, remove the refill and let the device run empty for a few minutes.

Warranty and returns

Every PURRA diffuser comes with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: the diffuser must be returned complete, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, an opened refill cannot be taken back. Details in our return policy.
