Terms & conditions of sale — PURRA | Premium home fragrance diffusers

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales concluded on the Purra.fr website, operated by PURRASCENTS LLC (“PURRA”, “we”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Contact: contact@purra.fr.

Article 1 — Products

PURRA sells home fragrance diffusers and fragrance refills. The essential characteristics of each product (coverage, running time, capacity, scents) are shown on the corresponding product page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly as regards colours.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the final confirmation of the order and detailed in our Shipping policy. PURRA reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Order and payment

The order is confirmed by email once payment has been validated. Payment is made online securely (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Payment details are encrypted and never transmitted in clear text. PURRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud, or an order manifestly placed for resale purposes.

Article 4 — Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery times and rates by zone (France, Switzerland, Monaco, Europe, international), as well as free delivery over €49 in France, Switzerland and Monaco, are detailed in the Shipping policy. If a parcel has not been received 60 days after shipping, PURRA sends a replacement at its own expense.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The conditions (state of the products, procedure, return address, costs) are detailed in our Return policy. For hygiene reasons, fragrance refills whose seal has been broken cannot be taken back (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Article 6 — Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact contact@purra.fr: the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded free of charge.

Article 7 — Liability

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions. PURRA cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use. PURRA cannot be held liable for non-performance due to an event of force majeure.

Article 8 — Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy policy, which complies with the GDPR. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability, which may be exercised at contact@purra.fr.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Purra.fr site (texts, visuals, logos, trade marks, videos) are protected and remain the exclusive property of PURRA. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: contact us at contact@purra.fr. In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
