How long does a refill last?
About six weeks at eight hours a day. The duration varies with the intensity chosen among the three diffusion modes.
Can I leave it in the car?
Yes, that is its natural ground. Its Car mode is intelligent: it detects the vehicle’s vibrations, starts when you drive, diffuses in cycles along the way and stops on its own once you park. With no water and no heat, nothing leaks and nothing heats up, and its format slips into a cup holder.
Is the fragrance safe for daily use?
PureFlow™ technology diffuses concentrated fragrance cold, in micro-droplets, with no combustion and no heating. You set the intensity for each space.
Can it be controlled from a phone?
No. The C30 favours simplicity: three modes accessible directly on the device. For Bluetooth control from the app, look at the X300S or the G300.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to return the product, with no reason to give. Shipped within 24 to 48 h.
Can I use it around pets or children?
Diffusion is cold, with no flame and no heat, and the intensity is adjustable. As a precaution: diffuse in a ventilated room, avoid continuous diffusion around pets (cats are particularly sensitive) and keep the device out of reach of children. If in any doubt, ask your vet or your doctor.
The mist is very discreet, is that normal?
Yes, and it is the sign that everything is working. PureFlow™ technology diffuses fragrance as dry micro-particles, with no water vapour: the mist is sometimes barely visible, but the scent is there. Nothing like the dense steam of a water diffuser.
