This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and protected when you visit www.purra.fr (the “Site”) or make a purchase on it. Data controller: PURRA (PURRASCENTS LLC), contact@purra.fr.
Device information: when you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device (browser, IP address, time zone, cookies installed), as well as the pages and products you view and the way you interact with the Site.
Order information: when you make a purchase, we collect your name, your billing and delivery addresses, your email address, your phone number and your payment details (bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Payment details are encrypted and handled by our payment providers; we never have access to them in clear text.
The Site uses technical cookies required to run the store (session, cart, security) as well as audience measurement cookies. The main cookies set by the Shopify platform are: _session_id (session), _shopify_visit and _shopify_uniq (visit statistics), cart (shopping cart, 2 weeks), _secure_session_id (secure session). You can configure your browser to refuse non-essential cookies.
We use Order information to process your purchases (payment, shipping, invoices and confirmations), to communicate with you, to assess fraud risk and, if you have consented, to send you communications about our products and news. We use Device information to secure the Site, improve how it works and measure the performance of our campaigns.
We share your information only with the providers needed to deliver the service: Shopify (store hosting, see shopify.com/legal/privacy), our carriers for delivery, our payment providers, and our audience measurement tools. We may also disclose information to comply with a legal obligation. We never sell your personal data.
If you reside in the European Union, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@purra.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. Your information may be transferred outside Europe, in particular to Canada and the United States, as part of the store hosting.
Information relating to your orders is kept for as long as necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations, unless you request its deletion.
