Diffusion is cold, with no flame and no heat, and the intensity is adjustable. As a precaution: diffuse in a ventilated room, avoid continuous diffusion around pets (cats are particularly sensitive) and keep the device out of reach of children. If in any doubt, ask your veterinarian or your doctor.
The mist is very discreet, is that normal?
Yes, and it is the sign that everything is working. PureFlow™ technology diffuses the fragrance as dry microparticles, without water vapour: the mist is sometimes barely visible, but the scent is there. Nothing like the dense vapour of a water diffuser.
