A gift card is not an admission of laziness. For a home fragrance, it is often the only way to get it right.
A scent is the most personal thing in a home. The one you love in your own house may be exactly the one someone else could not live with every day. And the size of the room changes everything: the diffuser suited to a hallway is not the one for a large living room. Giving the card means letting the recipient choose the scent and the device, without guesswork.

Five amounts, five concrete gifts
Each amount corresponds to something specific in the shop, not a round number picked at random.

Free delivery from €49 in mainland France, Switzerland and Monaco. From €50, an order can therefore be covered in full, delivery included.
How it works
- You choose the amount and place your order.
- You receive the card by email, with its code.
- You pass it on however you like: by forwarding the email, or by printing the card to slip into an envelope.
- The code is entered at checkout. The amount is deducted from the total.
The card is valid across the entire catalogue: diffusers, scent refills and gift sets.
Validity
The PURRA gift card has no expiry date. Its balance does not decrease over time and no management fees are ever deducted from it.
If the amount does not cover everything
Both cases are settled at checkout, without any issue.
The order exceeds the amount on the card. The card covers what it can, and the difference is paid by credit card. A €200 card can therefore act as a deposit towards a larger diffuser.
The order costs less than the amount on the card. The balance stays on the card for a future order, with no time limit. It is not converted into cash.
Have you received a PURRA gift card?
Someone was thinking of you. If you do not yet know the brand: PURRA designs home fragrance diffusers using cold nebulisation, PureFlow™ technology, which diffuses fragrance without water or heat, along with six scents inspired by grand hotels. Your card can become either one. Here is how.
- Put together your order on the shop, just like any other purchase.
- At checkout, enter your card's code in the field provided for codes.
- The amount is deducted from the total, and the remaining balance is shown at that point.
Does your order cost less than the card? The difference stays on the card for next time, with no time limit. Does it cost more? The card covers what it can and the rest is paid by credit card. Either way, there is no rush: the PURRA gift card has no expiry date.
A card's balance cannot be checked from a customer account: it is shown when you enter the code at checkout. If you would like to know it before ordering, write to contact@purra.fr and we will let you know.
What your card lets you get, depending on its amount:

To choose, take things in this order: the scent first, since it is what you breathe every day, then the diffuser, because the size of the room determines the right device.
Frequently asked questions
Is the card sent by post?
No, it arrives by email with its code, which means it can be given the same day. There is nothing stopping you from printing it to hand over in person.
Can it be given at the last minute?
Yes. Since there is no parcel to deliver, it can still be given once shipping deadlines have passed.
Does the gift card expire?
No. It has no expiry date.
What happens to the balance if the order costs less?
It stays on the card, available for a future order. It is not refunded in cash.
Can part of the payment be made with the card and the rest another way?
Yes, the card can be combined with a credit card payment for the difference.
Can the recipient choose their own scent?
Yes. All six scents (Brise Marine, Bois Envoûtant, Éclat d'Agrumes, Brume de Cologne, Musc Blanc, Éclat de Jasmin) are available as a Recharge Signature 100 ml and in the Coffret Signature. Each diffuser comes with a choice of scent from those offered on its page, and can then be refilled with any of the six.
I have received a PURRA gift card, how do I use it?
Put together your order, then enter the card's code at checkout: the amount is deducted from the total. Nothing to create, nothing to activate.
Where can I see my gift card balance?
It is shown as soon as the code is entered at checkout. There is no balance-checking page on the site; to find out before ordering, write to contact@purra.fr.
I do not know PURRA, where should I start?
With the scent. The Coffret Signature brings together all six in 10 ml vials and costs less than a diffuser: you find the one you like before committing to the rest. If the card already covers a device, the size of the room decides, from 10 m² for the C30 to 180 m² for the G300.
