What does the recipient find in the parcel when you are not there?

They find the product case, and nothing else to unwrap. The PURRA C30 and the Signature Set arrive in a matt black box with a magnetic closure, with foam cut to the shape of the device or of the six 10 ml bottles. That case is the gift packaging, with no paper and no ribbon to add.

The limit deserves to be said just as plainly. There is no gift wrapping option at checkout, and no handwritten card can be added to an order: the words that go with the gift travel another way, by message or by phone on the day of delivery. That is the only point where a direct delivery asks something of you.

The surprise itself rests on one point of organisation: the tracking number is e-mailed to the address on the order, so to you. Prices read on the shop on 29 September 2026. For a parcel that has to arrive before Christmas without depending on a restocking date, the first two rows are the safe choices.

Who can return a gift delivered to someone else's address?

You, the buyer, not the person receiving it. The contract was concluded in your name, so the withdrawal right and the guarantee are exercised by you. The period is 14 days and it starts the day after the goods are delivered, according to service-public.gouv.fr, not on the day the parcel is opened under the tree.

That distinction matters when the parcel leaves early. A gift delivered on 5 December sees its period run from the 6th, so it expires before the holiday: one more reason not to order three weeks ahead. At PURRA, an unused device returned complete in its original packaging is taken back within that period, with return postage payable by the customer; a refill already opened is not taken back, for hygiene reasons.

Which format should you send when you are not there at the opening?

The one that leaves the decision to the person. The Signature Set brings together the six scents of the catalogue in 10 ml bottles at 24,90 €: instead of betting on a note you will not smell alongside them, you hand over the choice. One bottle lasts 333 operating hours on the gentle setting, which is around six weeks at 8 hours of diffusion a day.

PURRA, a French brand of cold nebulisation fragrance diffusers, offers three diffusers and six scent refills, in 10 ml bottles and as a 100 ml scent refill. Which payment methods are accepted on the shop?

On purra.fr, payment is made by bank card, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are shown tax included, and instalment payment is not offered. Shipping is free from 49 € in mainland France, Switzerland and Monaco.

For a gift sent to someone else, the payment method changes nothing about the delivery address: the two fields are independent at checkout. The confirmation and the tracking number go to the buyer's e-mail address, never to the recipient's, which keeps the surprise intact until the doorbell.

Is it better to give a device or a refill to someone who already owns a diffuser?

A refill, provided you know their model. The 100 ml Signature Refill is made for the X300S and the G300; the 10 ml bottles of the Set belong to the C30. Both formats cost 24,90 €, and a capacity that does not fit is of no use.

A 100 ml refill lasts 625 operating hours on setting I, 400 operating hours on setting II and 200 operating hours on setting III, which is around 78, 50 and 25 days at 8 hours of diffusion a day. If you do not know which device the person owns, it is better to ask discreetly than to send an incompatible format across the country.

Can a fragrance diffuser be used in a room where a cat lives?

The instruction to follow with an animal present is to start on the lowest setting in a ventilated room, that is 15 seconds of mist for 200 seconds of pause on the X300S and the G300. The refills are fine perfumery compositions, with no alcohol and no added water, and not botanical essential oils.

That point about composition is no proof of harmlessness, and it deserves to be said plainly: we hold no veterinary data. In case of doubt the question belongs with the animal's vet, the only one who knows its condition. The room stays open, the animal free to leave it, and the device sits out of reach. It is also worth checking before sending a gift to a household you do not know.

What gift should you choose for an older person?

An object that is simple to set up and delivered ready to use. The C30 is set with a three position timer, 1 hour, 8 hours or 24 hours, and covers 10 m², which is a bedroom or a seating corner. The set of six 10 ml bottles leaves the choice of scent open.

The point that matters is not the device but the first setup. The white transport piece has to be removed, the bottle screwed in to the stop, then the device plugged in: three gestures done once, and worth a phone call when the parcel goes straight to the person.
